Four Questions

What is the language of creation? One can write about this in many ways probably by addressing the following questions:

First question is - what are the signals one perceives and responds to?

Second question – why is it difficult to change the signals?

Third question - Why can’t we understand the Truth, if it is so fundamental?

Fourth Question – What is concentration?

All things that are seen as forms and perceived as nature are imagination – they exist as part of creation. Manifestation is a dimension of creation, which contains consciousness, force and matter. These three words are different states of the same thing. The property of consciousness is to vibrate within itself. This vibration is felt as force and that force causes matter to form and perceive other matters. The transformation is at a physical level and psychological level. All of this universe can be understood as a play of space to force to matter AND consciousness to mind to body (these two phenomena are not separate). Therefore, for humans, the forms of the Universe and how they get perceived depend on the nature of the mind we create within ourselves. In other words, whatever reality exists depends on our imagination. One can feel consciousness or mind or body – it is up to us to what we choose to believe.

Belief is by choice and also by compulsion. This means that belief can be changed by intellect and is informed by many other forces present elsewhere. Creation, the moment it manifests as space-time, is perceived primarily as force and matter and therefore we perceive life in these terms. The flow of our perception is  majorly driven outward to our senses and actually what we perceive is nothing but consciousness perceiving itself as many other forms. Primarily, these are the signals we catch – senses or the mind. And we understand only that language whose signals we catch!

So it is challenging to converse with a person who is at a different wavelength than yours as both of you are speaking and seeing different realities! SO the question is to realize that the realities were only apparent and they have the same source. Same source means knowing that the different identities were false and difference does not exist in the first place. This means to dissolve our limited boundaries.

The second challenge is to train the mind to see the Reality or the Truth of Oneness. Mind is a force that is connected with all other forces of various scales from micro to macro. Any change that we set out to do, has an effect on the overall web of forces – and this needs to be tackled. The overall web of forces draws our attention outwards and we respond. So we are compelled to react to situations and express anger, sadness, joy etc. What is this web of forces? This is something we need to “see” but not react to it. This means to see subconscious forces and cosmic forces. As we see forces at more subtle layers, we also catch those forces in other forms (or the entire Universe). As we keep going further into more subtle layers, we reach the conscious layer that doesn’t have any force and that is the manner in which we see consciousness everywhere. Breadth is related to our thoughts. The quality of breadth defines the quality of our thoughts and this can be seen as a mechanism to reach consciousness.

In life, Truth is understood by the Artist, the Doer and the Philosopher in any century, any time and under any circumstances. Livelihood of the person should mean that – search or the discovery of the Truth and not just salary or GDP or survival. Everyone survives, what’s the big deal? The big deal is to realize Godliness in ourselves, all the time!

That brings us to the idea of seed or concentration. We keep sending signals to cosmos – as vibrations. We may say or do whatever we think or feel or act, but the core of us correspondingly sends signals and that is the way reality gets shaped for us. From that respect, everyone behaves as a magnet. If concentration is a special condition of sending signals, we are then indicating that the quality of signals should be such that we realize God.

So the effort is on us and not the external environment. If seen from this perspective, we will realize the contents of our memory and why and how we shaped our thoughts and memories from birth in particular ways. No one told us to remember specific slices of time or incidents or feelings associated with them, but we nevertheless did and build our assumptions and inferences accordingly. We can only become aware of what we keep doing and take steps to modify signals.

This also means that everyone is faced with potentials and limitations of their own making. Everyone is compelled to respond in peculiar ways without actually knowing complete meaning of those responses. Everyone keeps taking things personally, although there was no need of responding in that manner. Everyone, despite knowing this inherent tendency, needs to work at improving this response and see things in a detached manner. Everyone should therefore be given a chance to work out their own journey. Therefore, patience is required. Forgiveness is required. Love is required. Compassion is required. And remembrance of God is required.

Humans and AI

There was an article on Artificial Intelligence, and much is going to be said in the near future. The point at which ‘I’ exist, can be looked at after some years and questioned how much has changed in terms of situation and technology and the manner in which, one thinks.

The rate of change is so fast, that the ground on which we stand or perceive is shifting fast. Things that appeared rather simple, that were perceived in black and white appear complex with shades of grey and one can’t really take a position on anything. There isn’t clarity and there is just noise.

A fundamental question comes – why do we exist and for whom and for what? The question is about ‘memory’ – of remembrance, continuity and change (and the rate of adapting to change). This requires deliberation – who changes, what changes, how are things perceived and who are we? What is the phenomenon of thoughts and what do they tell us about Form or Matter? What is real and what is unreal? Anything that goes in my mind – is it really true? What is meaning of life and for whom do we exist? I keep writing these things and post it on blog and I believe that this is the only thing that will remain till the end – for the benefit of anybody. And this is not the first time this has been said, neither this state of mind has not occurred before, nor this situation. It could possibly have happened to other people of other time and other place a billion times before and what I say now is nothing really new. From this perspective, my perception of life, although peculiar to me, is not new (as an idea of perception).

Anything can be said as existing as Consciousness – manifesting into Space-Force-Matter. All coming from the same source. The moment there is vibration in consciousness (or a movement/ momentum); there is manifestation of Space-Time fabric. At a human level, this manifestation is seen as Soul-Mind-Matter. What I consider as a physiological body, is also perceived as a skin that perceives the environment because of our mind, which itself is a ‘form’ of force.

The issue with AI, is that it converts and sees everything as ‘data’. The variables are so complex and so interdependent and so tiny (as a scale of time), that in the maze of ever changing data, feelings, notions, assumptions, instincts, have no place for recognition or even acceptance.

The idea of ‘data’ is units of information that are sequenced or related to create an impression of the situation. Conversely, any situation can be described as billion units of data. The issue is, how does an AI sequence data or relate data? There are billion ways, so billion possibilities and billion answers.

Compare this situation with a human consciousness. Humans perceive situations by thoughts – again bits of thoughts (data). These bits are related or sequence based on a personal nature of ‘momentum’ he/she is born with. That determines the manner in which a person perceives and responds to a situation. In this exercise, the person’s perception can make him/her read the situation from bad to good. A human being therefore can comprehend three things of reality:

(1)    Situation is relative to the person. If situation looks troublesome, he/she should work on one’s mind and respond. Situation is neutral. It is the mind that creates judgement.

(2)    The person and the situation are not separate. Anything that constitutes a situation (any life form, other person) is related to me. So my actions have ethical dimensions.

(3)    The mind can expand to transcend the constructed barriers of mind and body and hence a situation need not be fought. The vibrations that make up the thoughts can be curtailed to experience bliss.

In comparing the manner of handling AI and human consciousness, the difference lies in intent. Currently, human being’s intent is complex and imbued with feelings and intellect. This is not the case with AI and that is the reason this technology, which alters the thought seems worrisome, since it alters our perception to the extent that we become clueless of what we are and what does it mean to be human.

AI may have technical advantages, but what about changes in our perception because of reliance on AI? This needs serious thinking.

Existence

All thoughts are valid and are to be accepted as a part of manifestation (or a result of manifestation – belief or perceiving forms). Perception is a function of consciousness. A moment a boundary seems to be created, perception arises and “I” is constructed. This “I” which is constructed, perceives all kinds of forms and relates to it. Hence all points of space – be it Sun or Moon or a human being or any other life form – represent a specific form which it perceives as an interconnected web. All events (or waves) are interconnected.

We call thoughts as “situations” that are perceived by us. We believe them. The question is what exactly is happening in our mind? And what is mind after all? Mind is comprised of so many impressions at subconscious and conscious level of existence. The superconscious existence is different from all these states. Assuming a particular form indicates that we exist in particular states of perception – hence we exhibit feelings and intellect (that too in a particular scale of thoughts). At very small scale or large scale of thoughts, these ideas of intellect and feelings no longer hold ground. I am thought or whatever thought makes me believe – this is a reality we choose to be involved with. I am not aware of how thoughts get generated and what happens to me – so engrossed I am in my thoughts that I lose the sight of pure consciousness. I exhibit anger, sadness, happiness and cling to senses. I think I am the body and I should do whatever it demands. Some people continue to exist in this way.

Others may rise and start to consider that body may be whatever it is, but we think and can decide our actions independent on whatever the situations force their effects on us. Herein, there still exists a great variety and one can either be egoistic or become a saint.

And yet others can “see” the waves that keep generating in our minds based on the phenomenon of existence and having witnessed this, know that consciousness is a state of existence that doesn’t vibrate, is not limited by space-time and is there from the beginning. To be able to “see” a thought in all its structure or sequence, means to remain detached from its compulsive urge on us to respond.

Consciousness transforms into force and matter – means it generates all phenomena that represent space-time-causation. The nature of consciousness changes to the extent that it gets revealed as space-time phenomenon or as force and matter. In other words, consciousness vibrates to cause these effects.

One is not really sure if consciousness really needs to vibrate or not. Effects are seen – as we witness space-time, so one can’t say it is false. One can’t say it is true because perception can be changed to the extent that vibrations can be stopped and pure consciousness can be experienced where space-time does not exist.

So ‘existence’ is a state of vibration – either of contraction or of expansion. All signals, irrespective of their nature, come from consciousness. Their effects on us are dependent on the nature of our perception. Signals and responses mean we continue to differentiate or continue to believe that we exist as a separate form. These distinctions vanish when we experience infinite expansion or zero vibration state.

In our daily routine then, we need to ask ourselves the effects of our thoughts and actions on shaping of our reality or the discovering of true limitless existence. Agreed that thoughts are powerful and we face guilt, fear, anger, sadness, compulsions, competitiveness and many other impulses. Go to the route of all this. Observe these impulses and why we remain attached to them. By continuous practice, we get liberated from these compulsions. Liberated in form and perception.
